Clear Rental Application Process Explained

Before submitting your rental application, please review the following requirements carefully. Once reviewed, print the application at the bottom of this page. Our process follows a clear rental application process to ensure compliance and fairness.

Application must be submitted in person.

Step-by-Step Rental Requirements

  • Inspect the interior of the house or apartment and accept “as is”, unless agreed otherwise
  • Provide employment information, including the previous employer if under two years
  • Bring your three most recent check stubs for income verification
  • Have a monthly income of at least three times the rental amount
  • Provide good credit references; negative information may be verified locally
  • Offer good references from previous landlords for reliability assessment
  • Pass the interview process to qualify for tenancy
  • Pay $40 credit processing fee ($20 for second application, cash only)
  • Submit security deposit with application and “Offer to Rent.”
  • Present picture ID and Social Security card upon submission
  • Provide written verification for any unverifiable information
  • Submit cashier’s checks or money orders only
  • Co-signers are not accepted under any circumstances
